Our Lady of Grace Catholic School

It is mandatory to submit a current immunization/health school form. This is required by the State of North Carolina and the Catholic Diocese of Charlotte. Students will not be allowed to attend classes until our school form is submitted to the school office.

The 2008-2009 PTO school supply order forms are available. To make your life easier, we are offering the way for you to order your child's school supplies without having to leave your home. We've spoken to teachers and parents and made some changes to this year's program.
