Thank You, Harris Teeter!

Our Lady of Grace School was awarded $1,000 from the Harris Teeter store on West Market Street on Friday, May 18th. The store recently sold a winning lottery ticket and as part of the lottery program, they received money back from the lottery commission. Harris Teeter generously decided to give that money back to schools who had participated in their "Together In Education" VIC card linking program.  OLG was thrilled to be chosen!  Thank you to Jan Beckham, our 2011-12 VIC Link coordinator and the Essa family, VIC Link volunteers who logged in the most hours for OLG School this year.  We will be signing up volunteers for next year's VIC Link program soon.  Please consider participating with your family.  Its easy and one of our largest fundraisers! Thank You, OLG Students!

A big thank you to all of our students who attended and participated in our "Thank You" Mass on May 20th!  It was a wonderful chance for our school to thank the OLG parish for its support! Thank you to Mrs. Myers for coordinating this special event.

Our Mission

Our Lady of Grace Catholic School exists as a concrete expression of the mission Jesus Christ entrusted to us as members of the Church He founded. The school is a vital ministry of Our Lady of Grace Parish, serving children across the Triad. As Christian educators, we strive to guide the individual student to his/her greatest potential as a member of the Catholic Christian community. The curriculum is planned to aid in the growth and development of the whole person - spiritually, intellectually, culturally, emotionally, physically, and socially. The clergy, administration, faculty, parents, and students unite in providing experiences and setting examples to prepare students to assume productive roles as Christian members of a rapidly changing and increasingly complex society.

Faith and knowledge come together at Our Lady of Grace. Let us show you how.
